3D visualization is a great tool for selling and market new buildings. Potential customers will immediately understand how the build will look and will be able to make a better decision. They can potentially do changes to the design even before the architect and contractors start their work. Animations, as shown below, are made relatively quickly and can easily be changed while it is rendered in real time.

BEIN Engineering have created an animation combined with still images, in order to show a modification of an existing warehouse and office building. The plan was to add two additional floors with the possibility of driving through the entire building. We used existing 3D models (BIM, CAD) and make quick mock-up models of the non-existent parts based on 2D drawings and sketches.
