BEIN had a visit from Tony Melkild from MLT https://www.mltnorge.no/. Tony Melkild is Managing Director at MLT and with extensive knowledge and a working area within 3D scanning. Tony Melkild presented MLT’s work with measurement and engineering services in the form of measurement assignments, analyses, calibration and investigations. He then followed up with exciting examples of equipment, work opportunities, work areas and results. From scanning vessel deck surfaces to look for irregularities, as well as measuring narrow areas to look at solutions for possible and almost impossible interfaces.
