In 2021, Norsk Kylling opened a large slaughterhouse and processing plant at Orkanger in Orkland municipality. Between 55,000 and 65,000 chickens are processed here a day. The process of distributing the processed parts of the chickens and especially the by-products that go to animal feed and other things requires special technology that Busch Vacuum Solutions has supplied. Through a carefully adjusted symphony of funnels, pipes and vacuum, the various parts are sucked through the system and are carefully and efficiently placed where they belong.
Busch Vacuum Solutions contacted BEIN Engineering’s visualization department to create a presentation animation of this process. We are proud to be able to help and the result came in nicely for the autumn presentations and trade fairs. The animation is updated in December 2023 to reflect better Busch Vacuum Solutions profile.
