Who is affected by this directive? The Directive covers the entire process from design and production through to the issuance of a conformity declaration and commissioning. It therefore affects:
- Workshops, manufacturing, installation and assembly;
- Oil/gas operators;
- Contractors and builders;
- Designers and engineers;
- Processing plant owners;
- Importers, suppliers and distributors
